These lizards are invasive and they are all over central florida and the east coast. Now i don't think there's a reason to ever do this on purpose but it wouldn't hurt a turtle to eat a lizard and in fact as omnivores its good for turtles to eat brains and the nervous system of a whoel animal now and then.
